I've been working with this client for nearly 10 years because they appreciate the efficiencies used in this layout (filled with footnotes and endnotes), such as Adobe InDesign's advanced search and replace features using GREP, Queries and style sheets. My strong Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint skills also very beneficial in prepping the files to export into InDesign, and most everything is automated to cut time and proofreading costs.
Recently, I set up ABA's editor with Adobe's InCopy software so that she can make her own type alts, and then her InCopy file automatically updates my Adobe InDesign's layout. This has been working out great, and saves everyone even more time and money.
